Director – Oli Pearce
Oli has worked in the property industry since 2009, when he started his career working as an Estate Agent. After working his way up to Branch Manager, he decided he needed a new challenge and went on to study for his CeMap qualification, which he gained in 2013. His ambition, determination and love of his profession led him to opening up his own firm in 2019.
Outside of work Oli has been married to his wife Liane since 2011, and they have a daughter and a son together. Oli is a talented guitarist and singer. You may have been lucky enough to see him grace a holiday park stage many moons ago, and while he is now ‘out of the limelight’ he does still enjoy belting out the odd ballad on the karaoke!
Since moving to the Isle of Wight Oli has joined a local footbal club, has become a leader in the local Scout Group and is currently undertaking his Level 1 FA Coaching to help at grassroots level.

Director – Liane Pearce
Liane has been with Oli in some capacity since the idea of his own Company was conceived – it was an idea Oli and herself had had for a long time before it came to fruition. She began a more active role in early 2020 helping with the administration work and has since become a joint Director, dealing with the day-to-day running of the business behind the scenes.
There’s no secret in saying that Liane is the person who makes sure everything ticks along nicely from an admin and compliance point of view.
Liane completed her CeMap qualification in July 2021
“I started working for Oli in early 2019, when initially I was doing the administration work. Since then, I have learned the ins and outs of the business and started to get involved with work ‘behind the scenes’. I took over the running of the business while Oli concentrated on the actual mortgages! I decided that I wanted to get even more involved, and in July 2021 I completed my CeMap qualification.
I am extremely proud of what I have achieved, and of My Family Mortgages. This is more than just a business, it is family, and that makes it even more special. I am really looking forward to the next chapter”
